We have a 3m x 10m solar industrial dome dryers (2 Units). Each has a maximum capacity of 2,000kg of fresh perishable agricultural products, meaning you can dehydrate a max. of 2,000Kg of fresh perishable agricultural products in one unit of our solar dome dryer. I works with strictly solar energy (Solar thermal and solar PV systems). Drying times is 6 hours - 5 days and it depends on the nature and type of products being dehydrated/dried and weather as at the time. The quality, taste, texture, colour and aroma of products before and after drying remains intact.
